After three decades spent in the corporate jungle, I realised there must be something more meaningful to pursue—something that brought genuine excitement, nourished both body and spirit, and contributed to the life of the local community. 

The Slow Riser was built on the belief that good bread and good relationships go hand in hand, and that it’s worth choosing to work with people who share those same values.
